If you receive a product, whether it’s apparel or a custom uniform, with a defect due to a manufacturing or production issue, we will replace it with an identical item at no cost to you. Please ensure all order details are correct before finalizing, as we cannot replace items for errors caused by incorrect information. Since our products are custom-made, we do not offer cash refunds. If there’s an issue, contact your representative right away, providing clear details and photos to help us resolve it quickly.

 

Can I see a sample of my custom uniform before placing a large order?

Yes, before full production begins, we provide a mock-up of your design. This allows you to review and approve the look and ensure it meets your expectations before it moves to production.

 

Do you offer discount on bulk orders for custom uniforms or apparel?

We offer tiered pricing for bulk orders across all products, including custom uniforms. The larger the order, the more you save. We strive to give you the best possible value, no matter the quantity.

It’s simple! Visit our homepage and click on "Join Take One" to begin. After submitting your email and phone number, a representative will reach out to guide you through the entire ordering process from start to finish.

 

What about fit? How do we know how the garments fit?

We provide comprehensive sizing charts on our website to help ensure the best fit. For custom orders, we recommend measuring each individual based on our sizing guide. If you have any sizing questions, our customer service team is ready to assist.

 

How can I stay updated on my order?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a tracking number and regular updates. You can monitor your order's progress through our website or reach out to our customer service team for real-time status updates.

 

What if we need to order more uniforms or apparel later?

No worries! We can easily handle additional orders. If you’re ordering fewer than 8 pieces, there will be a $25 setup fee. For orders of 8 or more of the same style, there’s no fee. We’ll honor your original pricing for up to 12 months, and shipping fees may apply, typically starting at $12 for FedEx shipments.

 

What about timeliness - How do I ensure that I will receive my product in time?

For team uniform and apparel orders, timely delivery depends on receiving all necessary details and approvals as early as possible. Our standard turnaround time for these orders is 3 weeks, but if you have a tighter deadline, contact our team to discuss expedited options. Maintaining communication with our customer service team will keep you updated on your order's progress.

For other Take One products, our standard turnaround time is 7 to 10 business days. After your purchase, we will send a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment all the way to your front doo
