Shipping

— All standard orders will be shipped within four to five business days of confirmation from our team that they have received your order. If your order includes an item that we indicated will be shipped at a later date, we will ship the items that are ready first and the additional items when they are ready.

— Bulk and/or customs orders require a minimum of twelve units for production.

Do we ship nationally?

— Yes.

How do I place a return or exchange? 

— It’s our goal to ensure you have the best possible experience with us, and so we offer returns valid for 30 days from the date of arrival. As such, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

To return your item, do email us at customercare@takeonesportswear.com and we will provide you with the necessary address to ship your returned item

If 30 days have gone by since you’ve received the parcel, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are non-returnable. Please note that shipping cost is not refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If all is well with the returned item your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days. 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customercare@takeonesportswear.com

Can I return or exchange an item I bought on sale? 

— Unfortunately, all items purchased during a sale or marked at a discounted rate cannot be exchanged or refunded. If you send them back to us for a return we will not be able to process a refund. If you have any questions about sizing, fit, or fabric, please reach out to our customer service before placing your order.
