Refund policy

Due to the custom nature of many Take One Sportswear products, all custom uniforms and made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.

For non-custom, non-final sale items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in original condition.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
